Guiding green behaviours
With the COM-B model as a scientific framework, we build and design specific tools which affect the user's decision-making process and achieve a lasting, green behaviour change. Some tools are integrated into the Insight Dashboard, while other actionable tools will be built into the individual modules in order to drive behaviour change at the point-of-sale.
Two elements that, in a range of other sectors, have proven to be successful in driving behavioural change are nudging and gamification. We see big potential in using these elements to encourage users to adopt greener behaviours. Climate goals in particular are well suited to these initiatives, as they can be broken down into measurable goals with a big impact.
